PTC Youth Services Elects Board Officers

People That Care (PTC) Youth Services, which owns and operates 18 South Youth Center in Red Lion, Pa., has elected four new officers.

Corporal Keith Dyke of the York Area Regional Police Department has been elected President of the Board of Directors of PTC Youth Services. Keith has been involved with the nonprofit since 2008.

Jim Quoss, a network analyst for Hewlett Packard, has been elected Vice President of PTC Youth’s Board of Directors. Jim joined PTC Youth’s board in May 2013 and has been a steady volunteer at 18 South Youth Center since its doors opened in 2007.

Eric Osterberg, president and clinic director of Osterberg Chiropractic Centre, has been elected Chair and Treasurer of the Board. He is a founding board member of PTC Youth.

Verna Price, a retiree of Adhesives Research in Glen Rock, Pa., has been elected Secretary of the Board. Verna first became involved with 18 South Youth Center as a mentor and volunteer in June 2010. She joined the board of directors in December 2012.
