18 South Youth Ministries Elects New Board Member

18 South Youth Ministries, Inc., is excited to announce the addition of another new member to our Board of Directors: Sarah Harbold.

Sarah attends Providence Community Church in Spring Grove, where she volunteers with the Hospitality Ministry and sits on the Board of Directors for the 'Greater Culture Group' -  an organization that consults with struggling churches nationwide to repair and strengthen their culture!

After learning about 18 South and their mission, Sarah started volunteering at Girls Club during the fall of 2018. "After my first experience at Girls Club, I knew this was an organization I wanted to further invest my time in. The girls are at a pivotal point in their lives where a single mentor, word of encouragement or an ear to listen, can completely alter the choices they make or the paths they choose to take. I want to be all of those things for them because they deserve it!"

Sarah attended both York College of Pennsylvania and the University of Tampa, where she majored in Public Relations and minored in communications and marketing. While earning her Bachelors Degree, Sarah had five marketing internships, which allowed her to determine which niche of marketing she wanted to pursue after graduating.

Now, four years after graduating, Sarah works for herself as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on communicating brands stories. She is excited to bring her marketing and communications knowledge to the 18 South Board to help make the organization more visible and understood by the local and surrounding communities!
