Our dedicated volunteers are vital to the success of 18 South. Adults from the community, businesses, families, churches, and organizations, just like yours, are getting connected at 18 South and are making a difference in the lives of young people.
THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO VOLUNTEER AT 18 SOUTH YOUTH CENTER.
Commitments are based on your comfort level and your availability! So, whether you can help out once or twice a month, once a week or more, it’s really up to you. Typically, we run a 3 hour program each weekday and we require a minimum of 3 staff/volunteers to open safely. Opportunities to volunteer include, but are not limited to: Helping Behind the Snack Bar and Serving a Meal, Running our Check In Desk, Engaging with students through games, art, conversations, etc., Running a Class to Share a Skill or Education, Serving on our Board of Directors, Fundraising Team, Discipleship Team, and many more options! Again, we know everyone is unique and has unique skills, talents, and desires to the table!
