Worship Day Brings Community Together and Raises 2K

18 South just recently hosted a Day of Worship in support of our Give Local York movement!  On April 13th we gathered with the community and local musicians for a day of pledging support and giving thanks through worship.

About 100 faithful guests attended throughout the day and enjoyed eight different sets of worship music. Nick Manuel from CBC, Garrett Lowe, Living Word Community Church, Williams/Halterman Family, Providence Community Church, YGBC, and The Brook Church all left a lasting impact on the day by sharing their musical talents and leading us in worship from 2-9PM.

Guests in attendance were also given the opportunity to choose an envelope and pledge monetary support for 18 South on May 3, 2019. Thanks to donations given through these envelopes, $2,000.00 was pledged in support of 18 South for Give Local York and the opening of the new Youth Center.
